Lauren Taylor Harding is a best known for producing hit unscripted programming for television, including The X Factor, America’s Got Talent, Dancing With the Stars, MasterChef and MasterChef Jr. In 2020, she began working on the hit primetime reality show The Masked Singer for FOX, as well as its spin-off The Masked Dancer. Most recently, she began work on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test for FOX. Harding earned a B.A. in Film & Digital Media Production from University of California, Santa Cruz.
