Jayne Parker is an Executive Producer with more than two decades of experience delivering entertainment formats across the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. She returns as Executive Producer on FOX’s Farmer Wants a Wife, following her recent work on multiple seasons of The Floor.

Jayne has led large creative and post-production teams on ambitious productions, overseeing both long-running franchises and new formats under tight broadcast schedules. Her work spans reality, factual entertainment, and documentary programming, with a particular focus on maintaining creative consistency across international versions.

She began her career in the U.K. on The Apprentice and has since built an international career delivering premium entertainment for major networks and platforms.
