Ben Silverman, the Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning media entrepreneur and visionary producer behind The Office, is the Chairman and Co-CEO of Propagate Content, a multi-genre content powerhouse.

 

At the forefront of the entertainment industry, Silverman has created and executive produced major network, cable, and digital platform hits, including Golden Globe and Peabody Award-winning shows The Office, Ugly Betty, Nashville Star, and The Tudors. He is an executive producer of Peacock’s The Paper, the highly anticipated mockumentary follow-up from The Office universe. His television credits also include Jane The Virgin at The CW, Marco Polo and Flaked (with Will Arnett and Mitch Hurwitz) for Netflix, NBC’s Fashion Star and Running Wild with Bear Grylls, Separation Anxiety for TNT/TBS, and Fameless for TruTV. Silverman’s feature film credits include My Boyfriend’s Meds, Mansome, and Hands of Stone.

 

Under Silverman’s leadership, Propagate has built a diverse portfolio spanning multiple genres. The company’s television division most recently produced Apple TV+’s Stick, the chart-topping golf comedy series starring Owen Wilson, while its acclaimed documentaries unit has created Emmy-winning In Her Hands for Netflix, Emmy-nominated Hillary for Hulu, the Emmy-nominated Untold sports documentary series for Netflix, LFG for HBO Max, and Anna Nicole Smith for Netflix. Upcoming documentary projects include Nanette Burstein's official SBF documentary. Propagate’s scripted content includes the animated family musical special Lulu is a Rhinoceros for Apple TV+, and through its Fuego division, the Latin music show La Firma for Netflix and Peacock's first Spanish-language comedy 90 Minutos.
