Craig Plestis is an innovator who has been at the forefront of reality programming since its inception. Last year, Plestis helped launch the season's #1 new show, I CAN SEE YOUR VOICE, on FOX. Also in 2020, THE MASKED SINGER won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Costumes for a Variety, Nonfiction or Reality Program, and launched its sister show, THE MASKED DANCER, which Plestis also executive-produces. Additionally, he is behind THE MASKED SINGER after-show, AFTER THE MASK, and “Celebrity Show-Off.”

As the former head of reality programming at NBC, Plestis helped create and launch iconic series, including “America’s Got Talent,” “Deal or No Deal,” “The Biggest Loser,” “The Apprentice,” “The Singing Bee,” “1 vs 100,” “Last Comic Standing” and “Fear Factor.” He also oversaw the perennially popular “Golden Globe Awards.”

As head of Smart Dog Media, Plestis served as the executive producer of the singing game show “The Winner Is,” hosted by Nick Lachey; and the hit game show “Minute to Win It,” hosted by Guy Fieri, which was the winner of a Format Recognition and Protection Association International Format Award for Best Studio-Based Game Show. Plestis executive-produced “Who’s Still Standing?” and he launched cable series “Robot Combat League,” “Exit” and “Opposite Worlds.” He was the creator and executive producer of “Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell,” “Extreme Chef” and "Cash Pad.” Additionally, Plestis served as executive producer on the syndicated series “Unsealed: Alien Files” and “Unsealed: Conspiracy Files.
