“Second Chances Start With You” Campaign
Celebrates the Power of Lifesaving Blood Donation
FOX Kicks Off Campaign with Donation,
Encourages Fans to Donate and Share
Los Angeles, CA – March 3, 2026 – In celebration of Red Cross Month this March, FOX’s hit medical drama Doc is partnering with the American Red Cross to rally the public to give blood, inspired by the theme: “Second Chances Start With You.” FOX is kicking off the campaign with a $20,000 donation to the Red Cross and encouraging fans across the country to help give others a second chance at life by giving blood and engaging on social media to further amplify the campaign and support critical blood collection efforts nationwide.
Throughout March, blood donors who visit participating Red Cross blood drives throughout the country will receive a custom Doc-branded sweatshirt (while supplies last) and have the opportunity to view exclusive content from the all-new season during their donation experience.
Doc airs Tuesday nights at 9:00 PM ET/PT on FOX.
Inspired by the Doc storyline of the powerful journey of Dr. Amy Larsen (Molly Parker) and her own second chance at life, the initiative highlights how one simple act of donating blood can profoundly impact patients in need. Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood, and this campaign aims to rally Doc fans and communities across the country to step forward and make a difference.
In support of the campaign, Doc series star Molly Parker and additional cast members will participate in a national PSA campaign rolling out throughout March across FOX platforms and social media, encouraging viewers to donate blood and share how they are helping give others a second chance. The PSAs will reinforce the life-saving impact of blood donation and spotlight the urgency of maintaining a stable blood supply.
The Red Cross depends on volunteer donors to ensure a stable blood supply for hospitals and patients facing trauma, surgeries, cancer treatment, and chronic illnesses. This collaboration brings awareness to the ongoing need for blood donations while creating a unique and engaging experience for donors.
Fans are encouraged to schedule their donation appointment throughout March by visiting RedCrossBlood.org and searching for participating locations.
Doc is co-produced by Sony Pictures Television and FOX Entertainment. Barbie Kligman and Hank Steinberg serve as co-showrunners and executive producers. Erwin Stoff, Russell Fine, John Weber, Frank Siracusa, Carol Barbee and David Foster also serve as executive producers. Doc is based on the globally acclaimed Italian series, Doc -- Nelle tue mani, which was created and is produced by Lux Vide, a Fremantle Company.
Give blood. Give hope. Give a second chance.
