Georgie Hurford-Jones has served as Senior Vice President, Unscripted Programming, Endemol Shine North America, since June 2015.

An award-winning producer and TV executive, Hurford-Jones has been responsible for some of the top unscripted formats in the world over the last decade. In addition to MASTERCHEF, she was an executive producer on FOX’s “Superhuman.” She also was an executive producer on “Pitbull's New Year's Revolution.”

Prior to joining Endemol Shine, and while serving as Senior Vice President of Simon Cowell’s Syco TV, Hurford-Jones served as an executive producer on “America’s Got Talent” after launching ITV’s BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) Award-winning “Britain’s Got Talent.” She also had overseen ITV’s award-winning U.K. series, “Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway” and “Ant & Dec’s Gameshow Marathon,” and was a producer of the International Emmy Award-winning Channel 4 program “So Graham Norton.”

In addition to her success in live television formats, she has vast experience in producing documentaries.

She currently resides in Los Angeles.
