Big 12 Conference Package Featured
New York & Los Angeles – As summer turns to fall, sports fans are brimming with excitement as a new college football season is just around the corner. We here at FCS share this excitement, and look forward to providing some of the most intensive college football coverage around all season long.
Throughout what is shaping up to be a historic season, FCS will be exclusively featuring up to eight live games from the Big 12 conference.
It all starts on September 5, the first Saturday of the season, when the Northern Colorado Bears head to Lawrence, KS to take on Todd Reesing and the Kansas Jayhawks (7 p.m. ET). Two weeks later on September 19 FCS heads to Boulder as running back Darrell Scott and quarterback Cody Hawkins lead a resurgent Colorado offense against the Wyoming Cowboys (3:30 p.m. ET). On October 3, Iowa St. and Kansas St. square off at the famous Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, MO (3 p.m. ET). More match-ups are to be determined.
FCS will also air 18 simulcasts of live Big 12 contests throughout the season, starting with the Rocky Mountain Showdown between Colorado and Colorado St. on September 6 (7 p.m. ET).
In addition to this Big 12 package, FCS will feature live exclusive games from the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC), the Northeast Conference (NEC), as well as Lehigh Mountain Hawks football and North Dakota Fighting Sioux.
FCS will also exclusively feature 11 delayed games from the Southland conference. These games will air on FCS Central the day following the game.
“We here at FCS look forward to every fall when football fever sweeps over college campuses across the country and relish the opportunity to be a part of it,” said VP Max Casanova. “We couldn’t be more proud to provide every college football fan with as many live games and as much information about their teams as possible.”
Throughout the week, FCS will satisfy the needs of college football fans from coast to coast, airing coaches’ and magazine shows from programs across the country. All season long, FCS will provide these weekly segments from all the major conferences as well as exclusive content from many mid-major programs and Football Championship Subdivision programs.
